We have been studying Martin Luther King Jr this week. Some of Mason's dreams for our world include: "I wish that no-won would stel anything" " I want the world to be clen" " I wish that every won to hase a hose" "I wish that no won would throw junk in the world like the movie wall-e".
It's amazing talking about Martin Luther King Jr with a child. We have talked a little bit about people not liking people because of the way they look and Mason just doesn't get it or understand it. (well, there really isn't a lot to understand) The questions are amazing. Next week we will be studying the United States and Kings and Presidents.
My dream...that my hand towel in the bathroom would stay clean and dry for more than 1 hour. sigh.
